We are taking a break from the day-to-day photoshoots to spend some time at our happy place. Lake Michigan never disappoints. This week we did some camping in @pureludington. Last night at the beach did not disappoint.

We were in the @smithgroup's #Pittsburgh office yesterday. I thought their #Chicago and #Detroit offices has spectacular views, but wowza! They had nothing on Pittsburgh. But the stand-out feature of the office was the people who made us feel super welcome. It was a good day!

If you've ever worked in #multifamily student hous

If you've ever worked in #multifamily student housing, you know about THE TURN. Or, as @dtngreen has called it, "Change Over." For those not familiar, it's when the students from one year move out of their apartments and the rooms need to be made ready for the next year's kids. It's a crazy time, filled with long hours and sweaty labor.

For the last 9 years, we've set a week aside for getting fresh photos or virtual tours inside newly cleaned and prepped apartments. Today was one of those days. While we were out and about, we were psyched to see some of our #lifestyle photos from last year on all the welcome banners.

It is super cool to see our work being put to good use like this. We continue to be grateful for such longstanding clients, who let us find new ways to assist them in their marketing efforts. 🥰

Today we were in the very posh town of Birmingham, MI with the fine people of Frontline Road Safety Group. They flew in from all over the country for a meeting at @thetownsendhotel. We set up shop off to one side so they could jump into our "studio" without having to miss a beat.

You'll notice their backgrounds are a bit different from our normal setup. They opted for a pure white backdrop so they can replicate this look no matter the location they use next time.

The summer of @smithgroup headshots continues. This week we were with their Madison, WI office. We love how each of their offices have their own vibe to them. The reclaimed wood, geometric patterns, and lots of greenery were great to use as background elements for their portraits.

It was a great day to be at @thequarryapts in Dewitt, MI this morning for @dtngreen. We couldn't have picked a more inviting day to be poolside.

Unfortunately, our cameras don't function well in the water, so we had to save the pool for the residents. But it was pretty to look at 😍
